Chef Erwin Schrottner returns to bestow his culinary wizardry upon us, highlighting ingredients, cooking techniques and cultural adages from Austria with this 4-course seated lunch.

Austrian Chef, Erwin Schrottner of Cafe Katja in NYC will be onsite, cooking up delicious, traditional Austrian bites, and showcasing his culinary talents. Austrian live music from Grammy Award-nominated Alex Meixner, and of course, wine, will all contribute to the merriment of this festive event!

Immerse yourself in traditional Ukrainian culture! The traditional Ukrainian kitchen was used in hotter weather months to reduce the temperature in indoor buildings, was a gathering place for families, and was an area that sustained and preserved foods from the garden to utilize in colder months.
