Wine Educator

In our seasonal, part or full time Wine Educator role you will be responsible for giving customers informative and educational experiences at the winery while overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake. This will include promoting our brand, building customer awareness and loyalty, and sharing Frank family stories as they relate to our vineyards and our products. You will also serve as an informed and educated guide regarding our winemaking, vineyard techniques, winery history, brand awards and accolades. You will promote responsible hospitality and offer tourism recommendations while keeping the Tasting Room clean and organized. You will also enjoy escorting customers to the Retail Shop and notify them of our winery special offers and upcoming events. You must be available to rotate through weekends and occasional evenings, to include holiday weekends.

Cashier/Kitchen Team Member

In our seasonal, part or full time Cashier/Kitchen role, you will be responsible for recording sales transactions on the Point-of-Sale system and provide assistance to customers in the retail shop. You will also stock shelves, answer telephone calls in a profession manner, make boxes and pack orders to ship and perform cashier opening and closing duties. Each day you will apply knowledge of company products and price information to assist with customer purchases, handle merchandise returns/exchanges per store policy, maintain adequate supplies in your work area, balance the cash drawer and total currency sales each day and help with food prep, cleanup and serving customers. You must be available to rotate through weekends and occasional evenings, to include holiday weekends.

Packer/Stock Team Member

In our seasonal, part or full time Packer/Stock role, you will be responsible for aiding customers in the retail shop and stocking shelves in retail operations. In your role you will provide assistance for customers, answer telephone calls in a profession manner, make boxes and pack orders for shipping, apply knowledge of company products and price information to assist with customer purchases, maintain adequate supplies in your work area and be available to rotate through weekends and occasional evenings, to include holiday weekends.

Vineyard Technician

In our hands-on, full time Vineyard Technician role, you will enjoy a wide variety of operations experiences including pruning, tying, re-planting, harvesting, snow plowing, parking lot maintenance, truck, tractor and machine maintenance, and more! You will also be responsible for fabricating vineyard equipment when necessary, maintaining OSHA compliance such as the safe and secure storage of pesticides and fuels, and keeping certified applicator’s licenses current and up to date. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate directly with the President and Vice President of the winery as needed!
