Where Do We Ship?
State laws restrict or prevent shipping wine directly to consumers in some states. We are only able to ship wine purchased over the internet to the states listed in the map below. Deliveries can only be made to physical addresses. We cannot ship to Post Office boxes or APR/FPO addresses. Some states restrict the amount a consumer can have shipped from a winery.
We cannot ship to: Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, or Utah.
Your local and state taxes will be calculated on your order once the shipping address is added.
What Does Shipping Cost?
We have simplified shipping costs based on the number of bottles purchased and the state in which you live. Please see the table above to calculate your shipping costs. All orders of 12 bottles or more are shipped with no additional fee.
Who Is Our Shipper?
All orders are shipped UPS Ground. If you would prefer your order to be shipped via FedEx, please call us with your order ahead of time.
All orders are generally processed and packed within 24-36 hours. During special promotions, please allow up to 3 days for processing. UPS picks up our packages Monday through Friday late afternoon. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped out Monday. You will recieve a tracking number once your shipping label has been created. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be scanned and active in the UPS system.
Please contact us regarding any of our products you deem damaged, flawed, or otherwise unsatisfactory. We will work with you directly to find a satisfactory solution as allowed by law. We may request that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle along with any shipping materials and a copy of the purchase receipt. Any effort by us to refund, replace, or remediate any issues with one of our products is in no way an admission of guilt or wrongdoing.
