The 2nd Annual Saperavi Festival returns to Chateau Frank! Enjoy wines from Finger Lakes wine producers as well as from Georgian producers. Indulge in traditional Georgian cuisine from Chama Mama Restaurant while listening to authentic music, and soak in the gorgeous Keuka Lake views and vineyards on our historic property!

The Spirit of Summer Kitchens with Olia Hercules
By Invitation Only
Join us in welcoming Olia Hercules, A Ukrainian native, to Chateau Frank, where we will learn about her background, culinary adventures, and participate in a dumpling class, which will be utilized into the 3 course seated food and wine pairing experience! A book-signing of Olia’s current cookbooks will be available for sale, and proceeds from sales and ticket sales will be donated to World Central Kitchen, benefiting Ukrainian refugees.

Ukrainian Summer Kitchen Benefit
Immerse yourself in traditional Ukrainian culture! The traditional Ukrainian summer kitchen was used in hotter weather months to reduce the temperature in indoor buildings, was a gathering place for families, and an area which sustained and preserved foods from the garden to utilize in colder months. We will be featuring a progressive walk-around tasting of traditional Ukrainian summer kitchen foods paired with Dr. Frank wines.
Ukrainian businesses and organizations will be on-site for donations, conversations, and inspirations.
A percentage of proceeds will be donated to World Central Kitchen to aid refugees in Ukraine.

Our founder, Konstantin Frank, was born on the most patriotic of days – July 4th! Join us for this double-header of a holiday where we will be pouring specialty wines for tasting reservations, and serving alluring flight and food options in Eugenia’s Garden!

Ericson Holt
Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery welcomes the 2022 Key West Music Award Winner and Songwriter of the Year Ericson Holt to the outside tent at Chateau Frank for an exclusive special appearance.
Ericson frames his blues music with characters and emotion, a sense of place/history, a dash of humility and a clear subtle distinctive style.
Food by the True Roots Kitchen Food Truck and Dr. Frank wines will be available for purchase.
$15 per person. Free for Wine Club Members.

Back by popular demand, Erwin Schrottner returns to bestow his culinary wizardry upon us, highlighting ingredients, cooking techniques and cultural adages from Austria. A seated three course lunch will dazzle you with the breadth of his epicurean spirit, while pairing the traditional Austrian and German wines Dr Frank produces.

The Rick Lieder Band
Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery welcomes Rick and Dayna of the famed Detroit & Flordia Keys band, The Rick Lieder Band, to the outside tent at Chateau Frank for an exclusive special appearance.
Known for their enthusiastic covers of well known songs, they are sure to put a pep in your step!
Food by the True Roots Kitchen Food Truck and Dr. Frank wines will be available for purchase.

An Austrian Heuriger
VENUE: CHATEAU FRANK
Join us for an authentic Austrian celebration, known as The Heuriger, which will celebrate “this year’s” wine at Dr Frank! Austrian Chef, Erwin Schrottner of Cafe Katja in NYC will be onsite, cooking up delicious traditional, Austrian bites, and showcasing his culinary talents in cooking demonstrations. Tours through Chateau Frank’s sparkling cellar, Austrian live music, and of course, wine, will all contribute to the merriment of this festive event!
$75 per person. $60 for wine club members.

Chama Mama Restaurant, which has now developed a cult following at Dr. Frank, will be immersing us into the culture of Georgia, bite by bite! We will have stations of traditional Georgian food pairings with Dr. Frank wines, interactive cooking demonstrations at select times, and a sneak peek into traditional Christmas celebrations including the chichilaki tree!
