Second Course: 2018 Hilda Chardonnay
Wild Mushroom Risotto with Pesto, Pine Nuts, and Parmesan Crisp. 

Third Course: 2015 Lena Reserve
Braised Beef Short Ribs with Polenta, Kale, and Rosemary Jus.
