Back by popular demand, Erwin Schrottner returns to bestow his culinary wizardry upon us, highlighting ingredients, cooking techniques and cultural adages from Austria.

A seated four-course lunch will dazzle you with the breadth of his epicurean spirit while pairing the traditional Austrian and German dishes with Dr. Frank wines.

First Course:
House Smoked Brook Trout with Beet Julienne, Pumpkinseed Oil, and Horseradish Cream.

Second Course:
Seared Confit Duck Leg with Waldorf Salad, Grapes, and Duck Jus.

Third Course:
Speck Wrapped Joyce Farms Pork Loin with Root Vegetable Linguini, Topfenknodel, and Rosemary Jus.

Fourth Course:
Apfelstrudel At Its Finest with Creme Anglaise and Schlag.

Each course will be paired with Austrian selections of Dr. Frank wines.
