Live cooking demonstrations from Chama Mama Restaurant will showcase how to make the Georgian delicacy, Churchkhela, a traditional candy made from wine and nuts incorporating wines from this vintage at Dr. Frank Winery. A plate of their delicious Khinkali (dumplings) and a sample of Churchkhela will be included in your ticket price. Churchkhela will also be for sale.
Join Tyler LaCroix of Lake Life Catering in Chateau Frank’s Open Kitchen, where a live cooking demonstration will showcase the technique utilized in the food and wine pairing dish served that day! A great idea for upcoming family gatherings!
Cozy lounge seating, firepits and heaters will be located in our lakeview outdoor terrace for you to relax and enjoy! Additional seating will be located in our sparkling wine cellar.
