Dr. Konstantin Frank Winery welcomes Sommelier Jason Ferris and Executive Chef Dan Eaton for a multi-course lunch highlighting exceptional vintages from our library.
Jason Ferris – Sommelier from the Park Inn will lead everyone through an unparalleled multi-course lunch highlighting wines from exceptional vintages to allow you to experience how Finger Lakes wines age over time. These wines will be paired with delicacies artfully created by Dan Eaton, Executive Chef of the Park Inn, and will feature locally sourced ingredients from Glenn Scott Farm. This event is being offered in celebration of our 60th Anniversary – and is an opportunity to try our seldomly offered library wines, which are typically held as visual mementos for generations in the future.
$100 per person. $80 for club members.
