Fresh and unctuous with delicate apricots, lemon oil, yellow pears, and ginger. It’s luscious and refined with cherry blossom marked with toasty sweet spice from a touch of aging in 500l French Puncheon barrels.
Pinot Blanc 2021
Delicately exotic glistening with fresh melon, lemon, baked red apple, and a hint of beeswax. It’s ripe and rich in the mouth with lemon curd, apricot, ginger, and white flowers with a long-lasting creamy texture. Only 171 cases were produced.
Dry Riesling 2021
Our 2021 Dry Riesling is a traditional style from a typical vintage in the Finger Lakes. Dry, delicate and elegant, harmonizing lime zest, granny smith apples, and mineral stoniness from the Keuka vineyards with fresh citrus and nectarine from the Seneca vineyards. The zingy freshness brings energy, brightness, and persistence.
Gewürztraminer 2021
Our 2021 Gewürztraminer is a dry style from a typical vintage in the Finger Lakes. Subtle and seductive on the nose with rose, apricots, and lychee, with a touch of white pepper and ginger. The rich palate is balanced with lively acidity and beautiful flavors of honeysuckle, orange blossom, cardamom, and lychee with a long exotic finish.
Dry Rosé of Blaufränkisch 2021
An online and tasting room only exclusive, our Dry Rosé of Blaufränkisch is brisk and complex leading with passion fruit, pineapple, plum, and red pear. It’s delicate on the nose which rewards tasters with up-front flavors on the palate that are balanced nicely with bright lemon acidity.
