
VINIFICATION:
After crushing, destemming, pressing and cold temperature settling, the wine was fermented at a low temperature. The fermentation was stopped before dryness to preserve the fruity character of this wine. The wine was racked, blended, filtered, fined, cold stabilized and adjusted for bottling.
DESCRIPTION:
The 2009 Semi Dry Riesling presents with a light golden hue. Its' nose has a hint of floral and pear. A vibrant mouthfeel with flavors of citrus, peach and mandarin oranges with a crisp fruit finish. Serve with light spicy foods or dessert.
