Dr. Frank Pinot Gris 2008
VINIFICATION:
Dr. Frank’s 2008 Pinot Gris grapes were hand picked in the early cool hours of the morning then cold pressed, settled and cold fermented, all to preserve the wines natural fruit flavors. A third of the wine was barrel fermented and aged on lees so as to add to the wine's richness and complexity.
DESCRIPTION:
Delicate aromas of lemon, fennel and cherry blossoms delight the senses and draw you towards a soft fruity taste with a dry zesty finish. Perfect when paired with light dishes, seafood and fowl.
