General Information
By signing up you agree to a minimum three shipments. Joining is opt-in / opt-out, your credit card will be billed every other month unless the winery is notified of cancellation. There are wine shipping restrictions in some states. Shipping is already included in price. The selection of wines will be based on availability, therefore, there may be duplicate bottles shipped. You must be at least 21 years of age to be a member. Adult signature is required at delivery. Deliveries are made during normal business hours. There will be additional shipping charges if package is returned to Vinifera Wine Cellars due to failed delivery attempt. Member must notify the winery of any address or card changes two weeks prior to a scheduled ship date. Dr. Frank’s will not be responsible for additional shipping charges incurred due to misdirected shipments.
