![]() VINIFICATION: Dr. Frank’s 2006 Pinot Gris grapes were gently pressed then stainless steel fermented and aged on lees until the end of March. The wine was then racked, filtered and prepared for bottling. DESCRIPTION: Delicate aromas of lemon, fennel and cherry blossoms delight the senses and draw you towards a soft fruity taste with a dry zesty finish. Perfect when paired with light dishes, seafood and fowl. ANALYSIS: Alcohol: 12.2% Acidity: .67g/100ml
