COMPOSITION:
100% Pinot Meunier
VINIFICATION:
This sparkling wine, made in the traditional Cremant style, is made entirely from estate grown Pinot Meunier grapes. Whereas a small portion of the Pinot Meunier was directly pressed whole-cluster in membrane presses, the larger part was vinified as a Rosé wine with skin contact at low temperature to ensure minimum extraction of undesirable phenolics. Following the Cremant method, the Celebre Rosé is aged "sur lies" after the estate tirage. Finally, the Celebre Rosé is riddled by hand or gyropalette prior to disgorging.

This Crémant style Rosé sparkling wine offers very fruity red berry aromas. With its appealing color and forward fruitiness, this is a sparkling wine to please everybody.
