The 2008 Pinot Noir is a combination of differing parcels of individually fermented grapes. It was fermented in traditional styled open and potter fermenters, along with maturation in both stainless steel and oak barrels to help maintain a light fresh style that reflects the fruity Pinot Noir flavors.
